No. Adults start every season and are often surprised how quickly they progress with clear, patient instruction. Lessons are judgment-free and built around your comfort level, whether your goal is gliding confidently or landing jumps.
Yes. Beginners are welcome, including skaters who are stepping onto the ice for the first time and skaters who want stronger basics before moving into higher skills.
Yes. Lessons with friends or siblings are available at a reduced rate per person and can be shaped around shared goals or mixed skill levels.
You don't need to own skates. Every rink rents them at the front desk. Wear warm layers you can move in, bring gloves, and feel free to use protective gear if it helps you feel comfortable. A helmet is recommended for young skaters.
Yes. You can send videos for feedback on edges, spins, jumps, posture, timing, skating skills, or performance quality.
Thirty minutes works well for beginners, younger skaters, or focused review. One hour is helpful for deeper technical work or multiple skills.
